Ottu provides several communication channels to inform customers about the status of their payments, whether during payment processing lifecycle or when external operations such as capture, refund, or void are performed. These notifications play a crucial role in keeping customers informed throughout the transaction lifecycle, ensuring transparency, and enhancing the overall user experience.

Ottu supports three communication channels for notifying customers about payment events:
