# Contract Action

Merchants can perform contract actions from various sections within the Ottu Real Estate Plugin, offering flexibility and ease of management.

####  To trigger contract actions:

* Go to the [Tenant and Contract Management](https://docs.ottu.com/user-guide/real-estate/regular-activities/tenant-and-contract-management/tenant-and-contract-dashboard) section.
* Search for the tenant and property associated with the contract you want to manage.
* At the end of the contract's row, click on the three dots (**⋮**).
