Auditing and rollback activities are essential components, ensuring transparency, accountability, and control over key contract-related operations. These activities allow administrators to track changes, reverse unintended modifications, and maintain data integrity across various contract scenarios.
All the lists below are accessible from the Dashboard under the Action Listings section.
This section displays a list of all contracts, providing basic information such as ID, creation date, initiator, tenant name, property, unit number, contract start and end dates, and contract reference. Merchants can access further details by clicking on the dropdown arrow at the end of each contract row.
To roll back a new contract, click on the three dots, as illustrated in the below figure.
This list offers the same details and functionality as the New Contract List, including the ability to access more details. It specifically displays contracts that have been renewed. For more details about how to renew contract, please check here.
To roll back a renewal contract operation, navigate to the Renew Contract List. Locate the desired contract and click on the three dots at the end of the row. A dropdown menu will appear with the Rollback option. Click on it to initiate the rollback process.
It presents basic information of the terminated contract such as ID, creation date, initiator, tenant name, property, unit number, contract start and end dates, along with the termination date. Merchants can access additional details for each contract similarly as the New Contract List.
To undo a termination contract operation, go to the Terminate Contract List. Find the specific contract and click on the three dots at the end of the row. From the dropdown menu, select the Rollback option to start the rollback process.
Merchants can find all manual payments listed with details such as ID, Creation Date, Initiator, Property Name, Unit Number, Due Date, and Amount. Each row represents one manual payment.
To roll back a manual payment, navigate to the Manual Payment List and locate the specific payment. At the end of the row, click on the Action Button. From the dropdown menu, select the Rollback option to reverse the manual payment.
This section shows all advance payment requests, with each row displaying key details such as Contract ID, creation date, initiator, tenant name, property, unit number, contract dates, contract reference, and advance amount.
Clicking on a row opens a popup with two tabs:
Contract Tab: Displays detailed information about the selected contract.
Invoices Tab: Shows paid advance payments linked to the request.
One advance payment request, could include more than one invoice.
Merchants can roll back an advance payment by clicking on the three-dot action menu at the end of the corresponding row. From the dropdown options, select Rollback to reverse the advance
All modified contracts are displayed in the Modified Contract List. This section provides an organized view of contracts that have undergone changes, allowing merchants to easily track and review modifications. Refer to the figure below for clarity.
