This section focuses on efficiently overseeing and maintaining properties within the system. It covers tasks such as adding, editing, and managing property details, ensuring accurate records, and optimizing operational workflows for seamless property administration.

The Property Management Dashboard provides a clear overview and easy access to essential property details and actions. It helps merchants manage properties efficiently with key tools and insights.

Key Features:

  • Property Overview: View a list of all properties with addresses, contracts, and unit statuses.

  • Quick Access: Easily view property details like classification, reporting, and invoice profiles.

  • Unit Status: Track available, rented, and under-maintenance units.

  • Filter Options: Quickly find properties using filters for location, availability, and classification.

  • Add & Edit Properties: Directly add, edit, or update property and unit details.

  • Reports: Generate PDF reports on unit vacancy and occupancy status.

The dashboard simplifies property management, saving time and improving workflow efficiency.

To add a new property, the merchant navigates to the Property Management section and clicks on the +ADD PROPERTY button.

Subsequently, the merchant is redirected to the form for adding a new property, where the following information would be filled out.

New Property From:

  • Property Name (EN):

    The name of the property in English.

  • Property Name (AR):

    The name of the property in Arabic.

  • Address:

    The physical address of the property.

  • Province:

    The province where the property is located.

  • Town:

    The town or city where the property is situated.

  • Property Classification:

    The classification or category of the property.

  • Reporting Profile:

    To group multiple properties under one profile for consolidated reporting.

  • Invoice Profile:

    Manage the logo, notification and signature for receipts and checkout pages associated with this profile.

  • Gateway:

  • Allow Cash Payment:

    Option to enable or disable cash payments (Check or Uncheck).

To add multiple unit types, such as villas and apartments, along with their respective units, follow these steps:

  1. Click on ADD UNIT TYPE WITH UNIT will prompt merchant add unit type and new units.

  2. Unit Type: Merchants can choose from existing unit types, dropdown list, or add a new one by clicking ADD UNIT TYPE and filling in the required details.

  3. Add units:

    The merchant is required to click on the ADD OR EDIT UNITS button,

  4. Define the New Unit

    After specifying the number of units to be added and their respective prices, the merchants should proceed by clicking the ADD button.

  5. Unit Details:

    Subsequently, the merchant needs to provide details such as UNIT NUMBER and FLOOR, as illustrated below.

Merchants can easily update property details through a simple process. Follow these steps to edit a property efficiently:

  1. Access Property List: Go to the Property Management section.

  2. Select Property: Click on the property name you want to edit.

  3. Edit Form Opens: A pre-filled form with the property's details will appear.

  4. Modify Details: Update property information as needed.

  5. Manage Units: Edit existing units or add new units if required.

  6. Save Changes: Finalize updates and save the changes.

Merchants can effortlessly generate a PDF report detailing property vacancy and occupancy.

  1. Access the Property Management Table: Navigate to the Property Management section in your dashboard.

  2. Define Filter Parameters (Optional): If you wish to apply specific filters, click on the Filter button and set your desired criteria.

  3. Click the Print Button: From the Property Management table, click on the Print button.

  1. Automatic PDF Generation: The PDF generation will start automatically after clicking the Print button.

  2. Download the PDF File: Once the PDF is generated, you can download it to your device.

Repeat the above steps until all property unit types are added. Then, click the Save button in the to save all changes.
