# Tenant & Contract Dashboard

The dashboard offers several key features, with the most notable ones being:

* It offers a clear view of tenants and their contracts in both [Expanded](#default-view-expanded) and [Collapsed](#collapsed-view-unexpanded) modes. 
* Quickly [access key details](#information-displayed).
*  Manage tenant information. Check [here](#tenant-actions).
*  Perform contract actions like editing, renewing, or terminating contracts efficiently. More details can be found [here](#contract-actions).

## [**Default View (Expanded)**](#default-view-expanded)

 All tenants are listed, and each tenant is followed by their associated contracts.

**Example**:

Uncheck the **Expand** box to view a list of tenants without their contracts.

**Example Before Expanding**:

Click the dropdown arrow next to a tenant's name to see their contracts.
